ENGLISH  PEA  SALAD



        1   lg.   can   English   peas,   drained     2   boiled   eggs,   sliced



        2   stalks   celery,   finely   chopped       Salt   and   pepper,   to   taste

        1   sm.   onion,   finely   chopped


               Add   enough   mayonnaise   (1   to   2   tablespoons)   and   toss   and   chill.

        Lettuce                                       Bell   pepper


        Seedless   grapes                             Sliced   onions
        Sm.   can   English   peas                    Celery



        Water   chestnuts,   sliced













               Chop  veggies.  Layer  in  bowl.  Top  with  a  layer  of  mayonnaise.  Sprinkle  with  sugar,



        Parmesan   and   bacon   bits.   Cover   tightly   and   refrigerate   overnight.   Toss   before   serving.

        8   oz.   crab   meat   (imitation   crab     Dash   celery   salt


               meat)                                  Dash   seasoning   blend

        1/3   C.   celery,   chopped                  1/3   C.   chopped   bell   pepper   (optional)

        1/4   T.   mayonnaise

        1/2   tsp.   minced   onion


               Mix   all   together.
