MAYONNAISE BISCUITS

2 C. self-rising flour 1 1/2 T. mayonnaise
2 C. milk

Mix together and spoon into a greased muffin pan. Bake at 350° until brown.

PUMPKIN BREAD

1 16-oz. can pumpkin 1 1/2 tsp. salt

1 C. cooking oil 2 tsp. soda

2/3 C. water 1 tsp. nutmeg

4 eggs 2 tsp. cinnamon

3 1/3 C. plain flour 1/2 C. nuts, chopped

2 C. sugar 1/2 C. raisins

Mix together pumpkin, oil, water and eggs. Sift flour, sugar, salt, soda, nutmeg and

cinnamon. Add to liquid mixture. Add nuts and raisins. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf

pans. Bake at 350° for 60 minutes.
