Starting from the SEA-TVET (Southeast Asian Technical Vocational Education and
Training) student exchange program which has been implemented in 2018 -2019.
Student exchange programs can be carried out between two educational
institutions from two different countries, with a mission to introduce each other's
cultures. This can happen because of there is direct cooperation between the two
institutions that organize the program, and certainly it is supported by SEAMEO.
The student exchange program itself, provides many benefits for students and
teachers to participate. This will improve their knowledge and further experience
for a later career. They will gain not only development in terms of competence but
also they may have additional experience from different countries that can only be
obtained by joining this program.
Therefore, considering these bright opportunities for our students, Metland School
would be very happy to implement this program together with the SEA TVET
members.
Phuket Vocational College and Metland School have had encountered in many
occasions especially in educational and cultural programs. Beginning with the first

program which has been succeeded for two batches. The first batch was held from
February to May 2018 and the second was held from December 2019 to June 2020
and hopefully will be continued.
