Phase 1: Footwear Dominance
Primary focus remains on:
• Maximizing current inventory monetization
• Expanding core Chelsea Boot colorways and materials
• Introducing limited-edition drops to drive scarcity
• Strengthening DTC conversion and paid acquisition
Footwear remains the core identity and primary revenue engine.
This reduces dilution risk and protects brand clarity.
