1 - Using an onboard rope (if possible at least a 14 mm one), place it on your shoulders and neck so
that the end held by your right hand just touches the ground to make sure the rope is the right length.

2 - Next lead the two parts to each side of the neck, down the back, adding a twist so that they cross.
Then bring the two ends around to the front and then you just have to tie the bowline knot as
close to you as possible.
