it is a core component of the DNA of Ringmaster and plays a key role in our Brand Promise.
Okay, now you’re thinking what does that have to do with implementation? A lot, because implementation plays a critical role in the four phases (engagement, education, empowerment and engagement) of building a value-based, sustainable partnership. The first engagement is all about the sales process where two parties date, get to know each other and then make a commitment to partner. In the second phase, education, Operations takes the lead and begins
challenges for both Underwriters and TPA’s/Brokers. In phase three, empowerment, the Client now has the tools, skills, and connectivity to shop and place their stop-loss through the Quote-LinQ automated software solution. This also offers access or opportunities to place quotes with world class partners that they may never have had before or to improve the efficiency of the quoting process with existing relationships. And finally, in phase four, it’s back to engagement with
the focus placed on day-to-day support and delivery of world-class client service.
With the completion of the educational phase, it’s on to empowerment. Here, it’s our job #1 to ensure that our Account Management team helps you meet your expectations and fulfill your Stop-Loss procurement initiatives while we work to achieve our highest-level goal - optimization of the assets that Quote-LinQ provides you. And we do that by transitioning our engagement with
you to a Client services model in which we strive to deliver day-to-day issue management and inform about and train you on the ongoing product optimization within our system which builds enhanced value. All of this while having fun, and while building upon our partnership using the principles associated with “World Class” Client service.

Now that I’ve described where implementation fits into the partnership development process, I’d like to do a deeper dive into the role that my Implementation and Account Management teams play in our Operations function. At the highest level, our goal is to provide you with the absolute best client experience possible. You will be equipped with the knowledge and training that is necessary
for you to optimize the capabilities of your Quote-LinQ solution and thus increase operational efficiency. Our secondary goal is to ensure that your engagement and training allows you to start placing and binding your quotes in no greater than 30 days. The way we accomplish those goals is highlighted in the graphic below.
