Many of you will recall back in 2016 we launched our 4 year plan. Since then we have tripled
our reach and size, acquiring 9 businesses along the way, who now proudly form the Citation
Group which consists of over 1,200 colleagues and 45,000 clients. There have of course
been some bumps along the way but our resilience, agility, ambition and expertise, meant
we overcame them, learnt from them and achieved our plan. We are an immeasurably better
business today than we were four years ago, and the same will be true again over the next
four years.

With the support from our investors, Hg and KKR, we are in the middle of creating our vision,
strategy and plan for the next phase of our journey. We will communicate this in the New Year
to ensure we are all aligned to one common goal and sense of purpose.

With our affordable expertise, product offering and partnership approach, we are perfectly
positioned to triple the number of clients we help. By remaining close to our client needs and
bringing them services they need, want and value, we can ensure that even more businesses
are protected, certified, enabled and safe as they evolve. Our opportunities are only limited by
our ambition and I look forward to sharing more of this with you in the next few months.
