Dear Colleagues,
What a year 2020 has been. Every year the Yearbook is a great
opportunity for us to look back and reflect on everything we have
achieved over the last 12 months, but it is even more important

this year.
This year has undoubtedly been testing for everyone, both personally

and professionally as we have been through the biggest period of
change that many of us will have experienced in our lifetime.

Whilst we prepared for the worst, we planned for the best and by
working together, focusing upon what was important, we achieved
and delivered more over 6 months than we even thought possible.
You developed and launched new products overnight, you changed
the way you approached prospects and converted new clients
quicker than we ever have before. And most importantly you
supported each other and our clients through an unprecedented
time. We have shown agility and innovation, and these are both
qualities that have been embedded into our culture over the years.
This year has been testament to that.
None of this could have been possible without you, our people,
in every single department across the business. And for that,

I wanted to say, thank you.
So, spend some time looking through our yearbook. There have
been some lows but there have been some amazing highs and it’s
great that we still have the opportunity to celebrate that. Enjoy.
