Take vitamins, supplements to aid in immune system and keep organs

               strong
               Exercise outside of work(working out & stretching) can prevent accidents
               Manage stress

               Avoid alcohol, tobacco, and drugs
               Keep annually doctor visit & see doctor when needed

               Follow doctor orders
               You must be in good health to be a caregiver

               A caregiver can’t give productive care if not physically fit
               Take breaks from caregiving  -burnout is common

               Get adequate rest
               Spend time(self first sometimes)
               Mediate after a long day at work

               Don’t get weighed down mentally with client problems
               Seek Cognitive Therapist if need to vent or regroup from stress of work or

               personal life
