Plasma Strip Cutting

Plasma cutting with two torches capable of being positioned
only 3” apart. Allows for stripping operations of long sections
that used to warp and skew, but no more. The torches are
independently controlled for precision cutting with the ability
to be set at various widths depending on the part. The result
is the flattest, straightest strips even in long length sections.

Automatic slag removal tables

Never worry about cleaning the plasma table again.
This robust system allows for continuous cleaning of the table while
cutting or at convenient intervals when not cutting. The scrap and
dross drops into bins, either sunken into a pit in the floor or above
floor mounted bins.

Specialty Top & Bottom Chamfer Station

Easily cut steep chamfers into the side of the plate on both the top
and bottom sides. For the thickest steel weld edge prep, the station
can be used separately with variable cut angles or in conjunction
with Soitaab’s proven triple torch bevel. This combination yields five
separate cuts in only two passes for maximum productivity.
