THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT shall be effective from the Effective Date between (1) the Licensor and (2) the Licensee, each a “Party” and
together the “Parties”. The Licensor licenses, and the Licensee accepts a license of, the Licensed Area for the License Period subject to the
terms of this License. The Parties agree that this “License” comprises:

• Schedule 1 – Payment Schedule,
• Schedule 2 – Special Conditions (if any),
• Schedule 3 – Plan of the Licensed Area,
• Appendix A – Standard Terms and Conditions,
• Appendix B – Insurance Appendix; and
• Appendix C – Building/Development Rules.
