designed in accordance
with climatic factors of the
site and the most optimum
orientation facing the
North East to let fresh air
penetrate through.
Ground Floor - Majlis, living
area, four bedrooms, an
outdoor area, and a pool
safe for kids.
Having a plot area of 3049
sqm, the client requested
to divide the land into
two compartments and
dedicate one for living, and
the other for farming and
animals.
The design of the house
also focuses on the idea
of privacy between family
and visitors, according to
the building regulations of
Oman.
