AEP is investing significant capital to reinvigo-

rate and reposition One Tower Center as a

leader of luxury o ice space. Tower One’s im-

pressive o ice space, prominent location, sur-

rounding amenities and outstanding views,

o er tenants an unmatched o ice environment.

The new renovations will provide an upgraded

feel as tenants and visitors approach the build-

ing, and walk into the main lobby. The renova-

tion will include updated landscaping, signage,

upgraded outdoor picnic area, new tenant-con-

cierge station, a social centric tenant lounge

area with a co ee bar connected to a building

conference room, a new café and seating, state

of the art fitness center and ka-hootz co-work-

ing space. A Mother's suite, movie theatre, golf

simulator and an outdoor lounge area with a

walking path surrounding the property will be

available for tenant use.
