Vaughn as a leader of luxury o ice space. 5 Vaughn’s prominent location,

surrounding amenities and outstanding views o er tenants an unmatched

o ice environment. The new renovations coming in 2021, will provide an

upgraded feel as tenants and visitors approach the building and walk into

the main lobby. The renovations will include a full revamp of the interior

common areas creating a light and airy feel throughout the building. Up-

dated landscaping, signage, upgraded outdoor picnic area, a social cen-

tric tenant lounge area, fully equipped gaming center, a shared confer-

ence and training room with plenty of seating to host meetings of all

types.
