Electric Car Charging Stations

Tenants can feel good about our energy efficient

management systems in place at the paramus
corporate center. Plans for electric car charging

stations are under way and will be available for
your use in the parking area.

Community Farm Share

Sign up to receive weekly shares of Jersey fresh

produce and farm goods, or half share of the
highest quality fruits or vegetables throughout

the growing season. Delivered directly to Para-
mus Corporate Center on a weekly basis from

June until November.

Recycling Programs

Broad Management recognizes that recycling can

benefit you and the environment. The Paramus Cor-
porate Center is proud to be a part of Cell Phones For

Soldiers by serving our veterans while giving back to
the environment.
