Covid-19 Safety

1 Signage

Please follow all directional signs in the property. Signage is placed in common
areas reminding everyone to keep to social distancing, wear a mask, and to wash

hands often.

2 Social Distancing

Lobby and lounge seating areas are arranged to comply with social distancing

guidelines. in your space, alternating lunchtime and ‘eat at your desk’ policy are

some good ideas.

3 Face Coverings

Following the CDC guidelines for face coverings, we have provided our staff with

suitable PPE and have instructed all our service vendors to come to the building
wearing proper PPE. We recommend that our tenants provide their employees
and staff with an adequate number of PPE for the week.

4 Sanitizing Stations

We recommend using the sanitization stations frequently throughout your day.

Sanitization stations are installed by entrances and elevator bays. We strongly
recommend placing sanitizing stations in your work space as well.
