RESULTS
To choose the best prototypes, we have decides to make 3 types using different blades and
material. From the fan to the prototype around 100cm distance were test and conducted. Three
trials were conducted to determine the power that produce from the dc motor(8V) which generate
electric from the blades spin together. There were used recycle products like bottle caps,
cardboard, and plastic cardboard. The bottle caps were 1.8 cm radius. Cooler fans also were used
to determine the efficiency of power. But the cooler fan hand made which will not categorized
customized design. Another two designs were made by us and carry out the experiment. The blades
were made at regular size around 6cm and each bottle caps were fixed three blades. We also have
testing of wind turbine power generation in Laboratory to measure the minimum and maximum
Voltan for three times. As the result, our wind turbine average voltage is 2.318. From the results, we
know that light weighted blades were generate more power efficient. If we close to the actual fan,
the speed of our prototype were increased when actual fan blown up. There were tested current
and volts each of prototype.
CONSLUSION
As a conclusion, We have choose the third trial as we know that light weight blades spin
faster than the heavy blades which the light weight blades were generate electricity, from
wind energy convert as electric current electricity. Wind turbines convert the kinetic energy in
the wind into mechanical power. A generator can convert mechanical power into electricity.
A renewable energy will be more efficient and it will be non pollution environment. Wind
power is also cost-effective which means can reduce the amount of electricity bills.
