Cocktail Party?
The wedding was set up to be in a beautiful
Murugan temple in Maryland, which was a quiet a
drive from our house in Virginia. There was major
coordination that had to take place in order to get
everything over to the venue. All of the family and
friends decided to drive the night before and make
it into a pre-party for welcoming the groom’s side

coordinated. The Wedding
After the hype of the events, the day had finally arrived to
give the bride the day she had always wanted – it was a
beautiful morning and the bride was glowing. She was in a
beautiful blue saree and then changed into a forest green
saree. She was a sight to see - truly an elegant bride. There
will always be hiccups but after 15 years that’s not what I
remember. What I cherish is the families and friends that
