            Blinn College






            •   Has been offering classes in Bryan/College Station since 1970
            •   Over 80 acres with state of the art learning facilities at the current Bryan campus
            •   Enrollment of 10,620 students as of Spring 2017 at the Bryan Campus and 375 students at the Health Science Center
            •   Students taking 30credit hours at Blinn save 44.3% in tuition compared to the average Texas public university
            •   The Texas A&M-Blinn TEAM (Transfer Enrollment at A&M) offers students a co-enrollment for incoming freshman to complete 45 hours at Blinn and
                15 hours at A&M within two years and then transfer into degree granting majors at A&M
            •   Enrollment at the Health Science Center, located 3 miles from the Property, is up 57.6%
            •   Blinn has experienced 33.4% growth since 2006





                     According to data compiled by the Texas Higher Education Coordinating
                     Board, Blinn's academic transfer rate of 45.4% ranks No. 1 in the state
                     and far exceeds the state-wide average of 23.1%.

                     According  to  information  compiled  by  the  Texas  Higher  Education
                     Coordinating Board, Blinn College District students taking 30 credit hours
                     during the 2019-20 academic year save $4,036 (42%) in tuition and fees
                     compared to the average Texas public university.

                     Blinn's most recent economic impact study found that the College District
                     makes a $345.3 million annual impact on the local economy.
