Q9 Question
You have a video conference survey scheduled with Beth via Zoom.
Her home computer does not have a webcam so she uses a laptop
with webcam at her daughter’s house.
Beth has an appointment and cannot complete the survey until
the next day when she will no longer have access to her daughter’s
computer. You should:
• Finish the remaining questions the next day with Beth using her
own computer on Zoom
• Complete the survey over the phone
• End the survey and enter the information you’ve collected
