OFFICER ROBERT SCOGGINS
Patrolman Robert Scoggins is assigned to the evening shift road duties
and has been on the Plymouth Police Department for 8 years. Bob has
been the P. P. O. A. secretary since 1978. Bob holds an Associate Degree
and is about to complete his B.S. Degree at Eastern Michigan Univer-
sity in Criminal Justice. Bob enjoys his family, music, and fishing.
