OFFICER BARB CARPENTER

                         Barb is the Parking Enforcement Officer, a position she has filled for 4
                         years. Prior to this she was a dispatcher. She has been instrumental in
                         making many Plymouth activities a  success. Barb is  a  leader and a
                         gracious friend to this department. She is married and has 3 children.
