                              Warmup:
                                            Partner up and practice slide, switch, step and check

                                                   With wave master, one foot on wave master
                                                1.  Switch leg push kick (w-y) roundhouse (o-up)

                                                2.  Switch leg and double and triple push or round
                                                   house
                                                3.  Slide back, front leg push kick (w,y,o) front leg
                                                   roundhouse (p-up)
                                                4.  Slide back, front leg double push or round (front
                                                   leg first)
                                                5.  Slide back, two front leg push kicks (w,y,o) slide

                                                   back, back kick (p-up)


                       Junior Class:
                       Warmup: Put on shin and instep guards before the beginning of class

                              Partner up and practice slide, switch, step and check (when partner
                              moves, students react)


                                     Using Wave Master

               White, Yellow, Orange:
                                          1.  Switch leg push kick (w) roundhouse (y & o)
                                          2.  Switch leg and double and triple push or round house

                                          3.  Slide back, front leg push kick (w) front leg roundhouse
                                             (y & o)
                                          4.  Slide back, front leg double push (w) or round (front leg
