     SESSION SUMMARY

The session will start in the live room with the participants and mentors coming together.

     1. MAIN GROUP SESSION 1

INTRODUCTION TO THE NOTION OF POTENTIAL (Duration: 30 mins)

As participants enter the live room, the host starts to informally ask each mentor about inspirational people who they
     admire.

The focus on the conversation is to identify the talents, qualities, behaviours and attitudes of these inspirational people.

This modelling exercise is designed to help participants identify good qualities in others, and themselves later in the
     session.

Once the modelling exercise is completed, the host briefly revisits last week’s session (i.e. Life is like a book) and sets the
     scene for this session.

To commence, the host interviews the positive psychology coach on the topic of potential. What does it mean? Does
everybody have it? How do you know what your potential is? How do you fulfil your potential? Is everybody’s potential the
same? What is the link between the idea of having superpowers/hidden powers and someone’s potential?

Once the interview is over, the host asks other mentors and participants for feedback.

Once all the feedback is considered, mentors and participants move to breakout groups.
