The Program
The FOOTBALL VICTORIA - EMPOWERING
LIVES THROUGH FOOTBALL program is an
early intervention, capacity-building, community
initiative that aims to use football themes to
empower the lives of young people ‘at risk’ in
communities across Victoria.
The program is a partnership with the
Victorian State Government through the Minister
for Crime Prevention, Ben Carroll.
