About MAKING MEDIA AUSTRALIA

MAKING MEDIA AUSTRALIA is a national and international media provider that specialises in
curriculum development, live and on-demand film and radio, and online training programs,
across the education sector.

It was established by former secondary school teacher of 16 years, VCE Co-ordinator, VCE exam
assessor, sessional university lecturer, Ralph Barba, in 2003.

It’s client list in curriculum development and media education includes, CSIRO,
NSW Education, VicHealth, Victorian Responsible gambling Foundation, Royal Flying Doctors
Service, Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools (MACS), City of Brimbank, Australian Sports
Commission, AFL, FFA, NRL, ARL, Netball Australia, Cricket Australia, England Cricket Board,
International Cricket Council, and local organising committees for the ASIAN CUP 2015, and
NETBALL WORLD CUP 2015.

In 2018, MAKING MEDIA AUSTRALIA established LIVE FM (www.lifefm.online) - a global radio
station, dedicated to giving young people a voice, and connecting them, in an impactful way,
with their community, as part of their learning. It has since developed a number of live radio
platforms designed to provide students in primary and secondary schools with authentic
real-world experiences that enhance language, media and IT literacy, in a unique way.
