organisations).
SESSION OUTLINE
Khalil Ibrahim and Leila McGregor (One Ball) introduces the concept that everyone has superpowers (success qualities) and fleshes out the
question with the participants – What are your superpowers? List of superpowers (success qualities) that will be addressed in this program
include Resilience, Persistence, Leadershi, Respect, Working with others and Confidence & Self-esteem.
ACTIVITIES/TASKS
• Activities run by Khalil Ibrahim and Leila McGregor
• Break out activities (one-on-one or two-on-one)
• End of session reflection and action plan.
RESOURCES
• Video & images – Superpowers in football
• Other resources provided by One Ball.
CONTENT PRODUCED
• Video - Zoom conference recorded and edited into personalised videos for each participant to document their journey.
• Podcast – Session video and personalised videos repurposed as podcasts for each participant.
