Empowering Each young person in the program will be
identified by Victoria Police, or other expert
agency, and where appropriate, families and other
lives through significant individuals will be informed of the
progress of individuals, and invited to partake in
the celebration of their achievements, at the
football initiative completion of the program.

Success will be measured against the level in
which program participants have embraced and
implemented new skills, and acquired specific
course accreditation.

The premise of these outcomes is that these
positive behaviours and achievements will build
Program capability and capacity, and boost confidence
and self-esteem, so that participants are able to
redirect their path in life, and properly prepare for
Outcomes Phase 2 of the program, which will include

practical and face-to-face activities.
