Wellbeing and Undertake a
Reconnecting potential-fulfilling
journey
A participant’s success will be measured against
their individual plans, the number of accreditations
they achieve, case study examples, personal
participant testimonials, Net Promoter Scores,
survey evaluation scores, and an evaluation of the
entire program by an independent group.
The aim of the program is to have each participant
successfully achieve a rating of ‘very good’ or
higher, as a measure of their time in the program.
These outcomes will be mainly measured through
self-assessment, using a survey tool to be
completed by the participant at the beginning,
middle and end of the program. Participants will
also match their progress against prescribed goals
in their individual plan.
Program staff will also complete a survey pre- and
post- program, to indicate whether their confi-
dence and capability has increased, and to identify
what further support might be provided to enhance
the program and improve their skills to help sup-
port longer-term engagement with this cohort.
Football Victoria will gather relevant data to seek
further improvement to the model by reflecting on
what has and has not worked at all levels.
