THE TRAILBLAZERS Teacher Talk Events resource provides teachers of Certificate III in Sport Coaching with
a unique professional development real-world experience, and a cutting edge teaching resource designed
to engage students and enhance student learning.
This resource consists of three parts...
1. PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT FOR TEACHERS OF CERTIFICATE III IN SPORT COACHING
This section consists of five 90 minute videos that have teachers of Certificate III in Sport Coaching
interviewing Australian sporting icons.
At the conclusion of each interview session particpating teachers debrief and discuss how what they learnt
can be used in their teaching and learning program. Suggested links to the Certificate III in Sport Coaching
Training Assessment Strategy (TAS) are also provided as part of each session outcome.
