G R A F T O N STREET, long the city's most fashionable quarter, remained true to its traditions in its first scheme of Christmas lights; the slender, winding proportions of the steeply rising thoroughfare have been utilised to provide a display of sophisticated, contemporary E!legance and sensi- tive feeling.
