Rates 2020
The water rate for rural customers in 2020 was raised to a minimum payment of $49.00 per month plus consumption. The rate for water per gallon was $6.26 per thousand gallons.

The standard rural minimum fee ($49.00) is broken into two separate components: O&M fee and Return on Investment. The Return on Investment ($37.62) and portions of the O&M fee ($11.38) are used to pay back to the Resources Trust Funds. After two years, this fee goes to the operations and maintenance fund, to assist in covering fixed O&M costs.
The 2020 rate for demand contract customers was $6.73 per 1,000 gallons of potable water.
