How to Sign-Up Online
Special Golf Events: Sign-up begins 30 days in advance of the
event date. You will receive an email invitation with a link to register the day registration opens.
Thursday Play: Sign-up begins two weeks prior to the Thursday you want to play, and closes at 5:00 pm on Tuesday of that week. Use the following instructions:
Use for Special Golf Events and Thursday Play
1. Go to the Terravita website at www.terravita.com
2. Click on the “Member Sign-In” tab at the top right of the page.
3. Click the “Golf” tab on the right side of the screen, then click “Golf Cal-
endar”.
4. The calendar will open in the current month. Use the arrows to ad-
vance to the month you want.
5. Click on the event and date you are looking for. Note: The icon on the
calendar will show a blue (+) when it is OPEN to register.
6. Detailed information about the event will appear. Read it thoroughly
before registering for the event.
7. There will be times when you must sign up yourself plus a partner.
The site will allow you to do that. Just follow the prompts.
8. There will be times when you will be asked to say “yes” or “no” to par-
ticipate in food. Just follow the prompts.
9. Enter any additional information in the comment section and answer
the specified questions (food allergies, etc.).
10. To register, click on the bottom left to acknowledge all information is
correct and then click “next”.
12. Pleaseclosethispageandyouwillautomaticallyreceiveanemailcon- firmation as well as notifications confirming any changes or cancella- tions. If you do not receive an email, please contact the Golf Shop so they can be notified of the error.
11. Click on “Save” when finished.

1. You may also call the Golf Shop to schedule all your golfing needs!
2. Make sure that the email address in your profile on the website is up-to-date!
