The Committee Chairs are responsible for choosing individuals that they would like to have plan and execute the tournament for which they are responsible. The group is responsible for working with the Golf Shop and the Country Club to confirm dates and determine format, tee prizes, awards, food, etc., relative to each tournament. In addition, they are responsible for maintaining a complete record of expenses and all details for future reference, as well as for keeping the Gems’ Executive Board informed of all proposed decisions.
