                        NCISS Past President Michael Duffy Names Brian Duffy as Per Mar President & CEO
                        Per Mar Security Services, the largest family-owned full service security company in the Midwest, is
                        pleased to announce that Brian Duffy has been promoted from Chief Operating Officer of Per Mar to
                        President and Chief Executive Officer effective January 1, 2021. Brian Duffy becomes the third
                        generation of the Duffy family to lead Per Mar. The company was founded by John and Eleanor Duffy
                        in Davenport, Iowa in 1953 (John Duffy was the first NCISS President 1976-1978). Michael Duffy (NCISS
                        Past President) will continue with the company as Chairman of the Board.

                        PI Magazine Investigator of the Year 2020 – Andrea Orozco
                        PI Magazine would like to congratulate Andrea Orozco of Advanced Professional Investigations as
                        being selected as the Investigator of the Year 2020! Read the cover story in the upcoming November /
                        December issue of PI Magazine congrats to one terrific lady and true professional!
                        (Andrea owns and operates Advanced Professional Investigations in CO with her husband, Robert; and
                        is now the immediate Past President of both the Professional Private Investigators Association of
                        Colorado (PPIAC) and the National Council of Investigation & Security Services (NCISS) serving both
                        since 2018. She and Robert are the only married Past Presidents of PPIAC!)

        Molly Bish’s Murder: How Did She Die? Who Killed Her?
        Investigation Discovery’s ‘On the Case With Paula Zahn’ delved into one of the most harrowing searches for a missing
        person in the history of the states of Massachusetts. The episode titled ‘Gone in Less Than 3 Minutes’ summarizes the
        mysterious disappearance of Molly Bish in the year 2000 [remains found in 2003]. The audience is taken on a brief
        journey of the investigation that was launched to search for the teenage girl.

        In September 2012 at the NCISS Annual Meeting, the Molly Bish Foundation founded by parents John and Magi Bish,
        were presented NCISS’s highest honor, the John J. Duffy Memorial Achievement Award (see www.nciss.org/john-j--duffy-
        memorial-achievment-award) for “have by specific deeds and accomplishments, exhibited the highest standards of
        conduct and service to the investigation and security services industry.” The Bish’s and their foundation since 2004 (
        for their work in Massachusetts and Congress in passing multiple laws to protect children, convict in crimes against
        children, and also find and identify missing children.
