Are you using catchy slogans to sell your services? Something a legislator or privacy advocate may construe and using illegal or unethical means to acquire data? Not vetting your clients and their purposes? Are you including positive language %u2013 such as being licensed, vetted, bonded, insured %u2013 and a member of your state association and NCISS?
