ready and be the first point of contact for allrequirements once let.
We can arrange the following for an additional fixed fee:
1. Electrical and Gas certification 2. Property decoration
3. Property repairs
4. Gardening
5. Cleaning
Once the property is Tenanted. We can provide the following service for a fixed monthly fee:
1. Electrical and Gas certification renewal
2. First point of contact for maintenance issues.
3. Liaise with the Letting Agent for any requirements
