                          How to make an appointment in English


              Making, changing and cancelling appointments is a task many people
              have to do as part of their job in the business situation. In this part,
              we are going to have a look at some of the phrases and expressions we
              can use, and we will find two examples of arrangements being made
              over the phone. Making an appointment can take a while if both you
              and the other person are busy and have a packed schedule. Arranging
                                              the meeting is needed some more
                                              intensive  communication  with
                                              somebody you  want  to  meet,  so
                                              that you  can  make your  meeting
                                              well settled.  If someone  wants  to
                                              arrange the appointment there are
                                              some helpful steps that we need to
                                              consider;
