Mr.Riegellio is one of the most well known
fetish fashion houses in the world, super
popular in Europe focusing mainly on their
iconic PVC range of clothing their tracksuits
being a classic example of their work with
the medium, recently BUDDY.net the UK’s
fastest growing online fetish social media
platform teamed with Mr.Riegillio to create
a kinky twist on a classic, this tracksuit is a
classic black slightly holographic reflective
PVC material embroidered on the seams
with the BUDDY branding, the concept they
were going for here was to extend the
existing motto for BUDDY which is “live
your kink” now you can wear it! On our trips
out around Manchester pride in 2023 we
saw a lot of MR.Riegillio products mainly at
events such as Alert, we did however spot
one of these BUDDY tracksuits in the wild,
you will definitely stand out, being a lower
price than most of the tracksuits that
Mr.Riegillio offer it makes for an excellent
starter into your PVC world of fetish, it has
a full back to front zip which is very handy
we imagine for darkroom situations at
events like SNEKR a scally event where the
theme is tracksuits, tracksuits, trainers!.
We think its fabulous to see brands like
MR.Riegillio embracing something different,
with so many fetish themed social media
apps out there and even just LGBT apps like
Grindr, its good that the little guys who are
really working for the community are
pushing to create a uniquely diverse yet
familiar online space that inclusive of all
fetishes and scenes, we call them the little
guys but with almost a million users
worldwide BUDDY.net is growing and fast!
Although there are other companies
out there such as TWINKX and even
Mr B who are adopting PVC within
their own fashion lines as they drop
each season I think it is Important for
us not to forget who the pioneers
are what stage they have set for
those now inspired by Mr.Riegellio to
go onto create their own companies
with
their own aspirations, and its not just
companies like BUDDY that are the
only ones seeing growth and faith in
aspirations, the UK scally and EU Proll
scene is growing massively thanks to
the pure availability of Mr.Riegillio, in
the past guys would show up at the
Eagle bar in Manchester or G-A-Y in
London donning their Adidas Chille
suits
the line between a curious straight lad
and a fully gay scally lad were blurry
and somewhat dangerous limiting to
start conversation build connections,
the same thought crosses my mind
when I think of gay guys in the gym, in
the
past it was an awkward ‘is he gay?
Hmmm maybe idk does he look gay?’
but the second I spot a Nasty Pig hat,
socks etc I'm like BINGO! What you
wear is an extension of yourself and if
yourself happens to be gay AND kinky
then having options like Mr.Riegillio to
drop those hints are what you need.
The BUDDY tracksuit isn't the last I
think we will see from this
collaboration between the two
companies, with big
things on the horizon and Darklands
2024 fast approaching lets hope we
get some more sneaky and cheeky
