NEW EDEN BAR

Who’s ready for a change to the Birmingham LGBTQ+ scene?

Well, the worst kept secret is finally out! The plans have been approved, the premises
licence has been granted, along with change of use! So, Yes, we can finally come clean,
although most of you already know!

Since coming back to Birmingham, we have been on the search for a bigger and better
venue. For our new venue we always wanted something closer to our old home on
Sherlock Street, with its size and layout! Well we have found it, with a good long lease, so
no pressure from developers! And to top it off, it’s just a minute’s walk from the old Eden,
right on Sherlock Street!

We are so excited to announce that not only will we be bringing you a new home for Eden,
but in addition a second event space and possibly even a third, all under one big roof!

As well as continuing with all our free classic entertainment at Eden, which you have all
grown to know and love, our new location aims to bring to Birmingham the best in promo
and club events from across the UK, as well as heavily focusing on community events, the
very foundation which Eden was built on!

Stretching over 3 floors, the new Eden will have ample space to do everything we have
always wanted. It has a great sun-trap courtyard garden, a veranda, and an
entertainment / games area, and we’re not even scratching the surface.

Birmingham’s LGBTQ+ scene is getting a whole lot bigger, but we have a lot of work to do.
So in the meantime, keep checking the socials as we share pictures of our new home’s
transformation, along with the announcements of all the fantastic events which will be
coming on board with our new home.
