The Inn itself is 7000 +/- square feet. The private owners area has a large
master bedroom, private bathroom with tub & shower, and an office (or second
bedroom). Behind the scenes there are two large laundry/storage areas complete
with washers and dryers. The Inn has its own private well and septic system, over
500 gallons of heated water, central air conditioning and 2 - 1,000 gallon
propane tanks for heat. There is a two-car garage and a separate "out-building"
which is 28'x56' housing a work shop and garage.
The grounds feature walking trails,
an enclosed gazebo with sitting area, fire pit and
a cedar arbor ~ perfect for an intimate outdoor wedding.
For lake enjoyment, there is an aluminum roll-out dock with bench,
a paddle boat, two canoes and a rowboat.
The Inn is being sold as a turn-key business. Everything needed to fully operate
the business (including all FF+E and inventories) stays in place as part of the
sale. Only personal items will be removed. A complete inventory list will be
provided to qualified buyers.
