Monitoring
When the safe working methods are implemented it must be monitored to check the
effectiveness of it. This is to ensure that
- to emphasis monitoring if the new safe working methods not followed and implemented.
- The proposed method is reducing the risk or not, if not, then the proposed method must
be reviewed.
