Ministry
DSA’s Christian environment is cultivated by loving teachers and administrators who see their work not as a job, but as a calling.
At Divine Savior Academy, our teachers and administrators are special. They have dedicated their lives to Christian education, and it shows in everything they do. From high academic standards to proactive communication with parents to the individualized attention they give each student, our teachers demonstrate their dedication every day.
Our teachers tailor their instruction to challenge each student, not a class average, by encouraging, engaging, and motivating students to use their unique abilities and talents. Our faculty focuses on educating the whole child: spiritually, socially, emotionally, physically, and academically.
We Grow, Too!
Every classroom teacher possesses a Bachelor’s degree in education. In addition, our teachers receive a certification through the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod in Christian education.
Our teachers are continuously learning, taking classes or trainings, participating in weekly PLCs (Professional Learning Communities), and attending annual conferences. Many have pursued their Master’s degrees in education.
