Committed to All Areas of Development
Spiritual Development: Student athletes develop in a Christian environment and let their lights shine by
displaying good sportsmanship, giving their best efforts, and doing all things to God’s glory.
Physical Development: Student athletes discipline and train themselves according to the physical needs of their sport and thus develop strength, skills, and abilities.
Social Development: The court and the field provide environments where students learn cooperation, self-discipline, and service. As a result, relationships between teammates grow into friendships as they strive to reach their athletic potential together.
Emotional Development: Student athletes learn to cope with the feelings that result from winning or losing, as well as experience a sense of satisfaction and joy that comes from using their God-given talents to their fullest.
Athlete Safety
Athlete safety is a priority to our administration, coaches, and staff. To this end, an on-site trainer is available to our athletes for injury prevention and management. Coaches balance skills training with strength and conditioning in our sports programs to develop well-rounded athletes. In addition, our athletic staff is dedicated to continuing education and have the following certifications: First Aid Certified, Concussion Training, Cardiac Arrest Training, and Heat Exhaustion Training.
