Developing
Servant Leaders
At Divine Savior Academy, we prepare students not just for college, but for life. Students learn to be servant leaders who will impact and influence their environments whether in the workplace or the home, in their careers or their future families.
Servant leadership starts with humility, acknowledging that we are all ultimately here to serve. Students receive ample opportunities to volunteer both at Divine Savior and in our community.
Through these opportunities, students begin to learn about their unique gifts and find their individual calling through real-life experience.
Operation Go is a mission trip program that encourages, equips, and sends students to serve in unique settings throughout the world.
Volunteering is a part of every student’s life. To encourage community involvement and a spirit of service, all students are required to have a minimum of 80 hours of service for graduation.
At a New Friends event, young people, with and without special needs, join together to enjoy various activities. Their goal is to create an atmosphere where everyone who attends can hang out and develop friendships in an environment of 100% love and acceptance.
Our Shark Award is a monthly recognition for students who display the qualities of servant leadership by “Serving Humbly And Radiating Kindness.”
