              Hackers use the internet to break into a computer system and steal Personally

              Identifiable Information (PII).
              Example:  your  name,  address,  date  of  birth  and
              passwords.
              Hackers can:
              1- send viruses via e-mail.
              2- take money from your bank account.

              3- Steal your email and password to send a virus
              to all your friends
              To keep your (PII) safe:
                 1-  Don’t share too much information online and don’t sign up for a website if

                     it asks for too much personal information.
                 2-  Use  different  and  strong  passwords  that  contain  letters,  numbers,  and
                     special signs.
                 3-  Use antivirus software on all of your devices.
                 4-  update your devices.
              To protect your files from viruses and software problems you can use:

                 1-  Flash drive.
                 2-  External  hard  drive  (more  secure  and  has  more  space  than  a  flash
                     memory).
                 3-  Use internet to store your files online this is called a hybrid backup. It is a
                     safer way to back up and store files.
