FARM BUREAU HEALTH PLANS (FBHP) Officially known as Tennessee Rural Health
Improvement Association, FBHP is the parent company of our organization with
a proud heritage as a service company of the Tennessee Farm Bureau Federation.
Farm Bureau Health Plans is a not-for-profit taxable entity. Included within its record
of business are 38,700 under-age-65 contracts for individual and family health plans
(including approximately 1,900 short-term), 560 non-standardized over-65 plans,
more than 8,900 DentalVision and close to 10,600 dental contracts.

FARM BUREAU HEALTH PLANS GROUP SERVICES Established in 1993, FBHP Group
Services markets employer-based group plans for health, dental, vision and other
employee benefits. It brokers plans through major carriers who carry the risk on
the business. FBHP Group Services has more than 200 small group plans enrolled
representing almost 1,250 employees and their families.
