Preparing Your Index - Coverage Report

The index will be flowed based on the information in this report, so prior to flowing your index it is very important to
proof the coverage report for misspelled names and duplicate records.

PROOFING THE COVERAGE REPORT
• Check that names are all spelled correctly. Watch names with apostrophes, accents and spaces.
• To correct a name, select the pencil icon. Make your changes then click Save.

EDIT NAME

• If duplicate records exist, click on the merge duplicate button on the line of the person’s name you are wishing to
merge. Type in the name you would like to merge with to find the duplicate record and click OK.
