If there’s one thing the IB has taught me, it's the importance to “recognize and embrace your flaws
so you can learn from them. Sometimes it takes a little polishing to truly shine.” Shoutout to my
goat Kanye West. Also a huge shoutout to my friends, family, and teachers who’ve offered their
constant love and support during these difficult past couple of years amongst these tumultuous
times; I am forever grateful. Thanks for all the great memories, te quiero a todos <3 PS: I totally
used Google Translate for that, idk how I passed Spanish ab initio. Sorry Ms Castro.

Thanks to my family who have kept me on the straight and narrow, all the teachers who have led
me to achievements way beyond my own abilities. Of course without my friends and spell check
surviving the IB would’ve been impossible :)

I think this is where I’m supposed to say something inspirational, or sentimental, or witty, if I can’t
think of the first two; if there’s something about myself I’ve learnt through the countless hours of
reflecting the IB requires, it’s that I only like being the last one. As many times as I wished that a
portal would drop me in the Victorian Era—tuberculosis is only slightly more interesting than finding
the slope of a parabola—I’ve had some good memories in this school.
