Description IFSU offers the Hospitality Management program under the College of Business and Management in both Lagawe Campus and Potia Campus.
of the The College of Bus and Management in both Campus are equipped with food laboratory equipment that could be used for bread and pastry
method production; among which are: 4 commercial ovens and 2 heavy duty stand hand mixer. Ingredients for the cheese pandesal and the moringga
pandesal, as well as 3-in-1 instant coffee are available in local groceries in both areas. However, the scarcity of some raw materials needed in the
bread production has paved the way for Lagawe Campus to produce the cheese pandesal; while Potia Campus, which is blessed with moringga
plants in the area will produce the moringga pandesal.

Though the Faculty and Staff of the College of Business and Management under the Hospitality Management in both campus are also equally
equipped with skills and knowledge on PANDESAL production, bread and pastry production is quite labor intensive. Therefore, the manpower
requirement on pandesal production per campus would entail 10 people each, including members of the faculty and staff of the College of Bus and
Management. The cheese and moringga pandesal that will be produced in Lagawe and Potia Campus will be baked and produced in their respective
hot and cold kitchens. There will be five bakers or workers in each kitchen to ensure social distancing. For each campus, 4 members of the faculty
and staff of the HM departments will be preparing the mixture of ingredients to ensure quality of products and will be assisted by six bakers who will
be in-charge of the kneading and cutting of dough and packaging of baked goods.

In five hours time – both groups will be able to produce around 3000 pcs of cheese and moringga pandesal as the two commercial ovens can
approximately bake 335 pcs cheese pandesal in 30 minutes. To be able to deliver the pandesal in time for breakfast, bakers will start at around
2:30 in the morning. Production and distribution will be done twice a week only. Faculty and staff who will be asigned in the project will be
accomodated at the hostels of the campuses to be able to start on time. IFSU aims to produce 108,000 pcs of pandesal in a period of two months.

The target beneficiaries are frontliners deployed in major checkpoints in different LGUs, the Provincial District Hospital, RHUs, Security Guards of
different offices and LGU fronliners from Lamut to Banaie, Ifugao. A letter to the PLGU will be secured to ensure passage of IFSU delivery van to
different checkpoints, LGUs, RHUs and other offices in the entire province. The distribution will be divided into 2 routes: District 1 and District 2.

The District 1 route which will start off from Lagawe going to Lamut, Kiangan, Asipulo, Hingyon, and Hungduan; while the District 2 route which will
